Ikan teri and Smelly Bean (Family's Favorite)

As our family love spicy food alot.. This is one of our family favorite! my grandmum teach me how to cook this.. till now my mum still cook this and now my turn to try..!



Ingredient:
~ 300 gr Indonesia Anchovies
~ 1 cup cooking oil
~ 10 red chilli, cut long.
~ 1 packet of Smelly Bean, washed
~ 2 shallot, shredded
~ Indian Bay Leaves (daun salam)
sugar and salt to taste

Method:
~ heat up the cooking oil and fried the anchovies till golden brown and set aside
~ with remaining oil, fry the shallot till golden brown add the chilli and bay leaves.
~ when the chilli is cooked, add in fried anchovies, and smelly bean, stir.
~ and add salt and sugar to taste.

u can add potato too if you want.
