Ingredient:
~ 300 gr Indonesia Anchovies
~ 1 cup cooking oil
~ 10 red chilli, cut long.
~ 1 packet of Smelly Bean, washed
~ 2 shallot, shredded
~ Indian Bay Leaves (daun salam)
sugar and salt to taste
Method:
~ heat up the cooking oil and fried the anchovies till golden brown and set aside
~ with remaining oil, fry the shallot till golden brown add the chilli and bay leaves.
~ when the chilli is cooked, add in fried anchovies, and smelly bean, stir.
~ and add salt and sugar to taste.
u can add potato too if you want.
