I guess TopShell is popular in Singapore... but not in Indonesia. And its quite expensive if we eat it outsite. just a small portion, it will cos you SGD14.00.. so i made it at home as i still have 2 canned TopShell.
Ingredient: - 1 Can TopShell - 2 Big onion - 5 tbsp lime juice (you can add more) - 1 tsp oyster sauce - 1 tsp soy sauce - 5 chilli - water
Method: - Slice the TopShell, onion and chilli . Mix all ingredient together. and serve!
