Spaghetti Aglio Olio

Aglio e Olio is a traditional Italian pasta dish. Identifying it with countrified home cooking, for it is made without seasonal or store-bought ingredients, however it is quite popular elsewhere in the country. It is traditionally made with fettuccine, which, unlike fancy pasta shapes, but im using spaghetti. The robust fragrance of the olive oil, the crisp freshness of the garlic, the quality of the grated cheese and the pasta itself are all essential in a dish where nothing can be masked.

i made this is because after i had Aglio Olio @TCC, which cost me SGD18.00++ expensive right?? *of cos they are branded*..
made this on Saturday Night, after our shopping trip to Bugis..

Lets compare.. haha maybe mine not really good looking, i can add more garlic, bacon, shitake mushroom and more prawns (TCC only give u 2-3 prawns, scalop without bacon and shitake mushroom) and of cos CHEAPER. Yummy.... the taste is just right mmm not just right but nicer.. :)
